Selecting a Posting Activity

Proceed as follows:

  1. The screen Cash Flow in Position Currency displays all the flows you can process using the incoming payments function in the form of a cash flow.

  2. To edit and post a flow, you can choose between the following alternatives:

Double-click on a flow.

Position the cursor on a flow and click on the Choose function.

Note Note

If the cash flow contains several flows of the same flow type, and these flows have been derived from a condition, you must post the flows in chronological order, from the oldest to the most recent.

If you fail to do this, the system will delete any planned flows dated earlier than the flow to be posted which have the same flow type.

  1. Once you have selected a flow, the system displays all the flows which belong to the same posting activity. You can then edit and subsequently post them.
