Changing Rule Source Text

Procedure

There are different procedures for calling up the change function for attributes, depending on which editor function you are using:

From the initial screen of the rule editor

In the Rule field, enter the name of the required rule.
In the Subobjects group, select Source text . Choose Change.

From the change function for attributes

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Source text . End of the navigation path

From the display function for source text

Choose .

Irrespective of the procedure that you choose, you access the Edit Personnel Calculation Rule: <current schema> screen.

Change the source text of the current rule.

Different editing functions are available, depending on whether you are working with the graphic display or with the table display .

Save the source text.

Result

You have changed the source text for the rule.
