Operation

Definition

Smallest element of a calculation rule.

Structure

Several operations can form a rule. Each operation can be up to ten characters long and, in the table display, it begins directly under the addition sign (+) in the header for the source text. If an asterisk ( * ) is entered in the last field of the source text line, the sequence of operations is extended to the next line.

Operation GCY calls a subrule, in other words, another rule.
