To receive push notifications on the Windows platform using the Windows Notification Service (WNS), import certificates from these two external sources:

• https://sin.notify.windows.com/ - the URL to which the push requests are sent, based on the channel URL retrieved by the SDK.
• https://login.live.com/accesstoken.srf - the authentication token URL.
