Subscribing to SAP Intelligent Asset Management Solutions

Prerequisites

You have purchased the license for the solution that you want to consume.
You have created a subaccount in your global account.
You are the administrator for the subaccount.

Context

This task enables the provisioned SAP Intelligent Asset Management business application to be activated for your subaccount. To activate a business application, choose a couple of tiles in the service marketplace page.

Procedure

In the SAP BTP cockpit, navigate to your subaccount.
In the navigation area, choose Services Service Marketplace.

On the service marketplace screen, expand the All Types dropdown list and select Application.

The purchased business applications are displayed as tiles if a quota is assigned in the global account for this subaccount.

If you have purchased more than one solution of SAP Intelligent Asset Management, you will see the respective names and short descriptions of these business applications as tiles.

Note

In order to acccess any of the above business applications, you will have to subscribe to SAP Intelligent Asset Management tile in addition the the relevant business application. The SAP Intelligent Asset Management subscription provides the central SAP Fiori launchpad for all SAP Intelligent Asset Management applications. You must subscribe to SAP Intelligent Asset Management regardless of which application you want to use. For the application URL, choose the tile and then choose (Actions) Go to Application in the application plans list. For example, if you want to subscribe to SAP Asset Intelligence Network, you will also need to subscribe to SAP Intelligent Asset Management tile in addition to the SAP Asset Intelligence Network tile.
If you have subscribed to more than one business applications in SAP Intelligent Asset Management, SAP recommends that it is subscribed within the same subaccount. However, business applications in SAP Intelligent Asset Management can also be subscribed using different subaccounts. Please note that this would limit the sharing capabilities between SAP Asset Intelligence Network, SAP Asset Strategy and Performance Management, and SAP Predictive Asset Insights products.
For the development and test tenants, use the preview tiles (tiles suffixed with Preview) and for production tenant use the tiles named same as the product. You can specify if the tenant being onboarded is used for development, test, or production purposes under Tenant Purpose while Onboarding the Organization. Tile availability is based on the products that you may have purchased or bought.

Choose the tile to which you want to subscribe.

The overview and application plans of the business application are displayed.
To subscribe to the business application, choose Create.

Once the business application is subscribed, 1 subscription is displayed in the Active column of the Application Plans list. You can view details and the status of the subscription by clicking the subscription link.

Results

You have subscribed to the licensed business applications.

Note

To unsubscribe the relevant business applications from your subaccount, go to the relevant subscription on the instances and subscriptions screen of your subaccount and choose Start of the navigation path (Actions) Next navigation step Delete End of the navigation path . You can navigate to the instances and subscriptions screen by choosing Services Instances and Subscriptions in the side menu or by clicking the subscription link of the solution as mentioned below step 5. For the unsubscription request to be approved, open an incident with appropriatee application component and engage with SAP support using the link below: https://www.sap.com/support.html#support-portal Information published on SAP site . The incident should have details of the Start of the navigation path Subaccount Details Next navigation step Subdomain End of the navigation path name from which the business application must be unsubscribed and also the products that you wish to unsuscribe.
