public class UnlockChargingContractOp
extends java.lang.Object
implements MessageOperation

This operation gives the possibility to unlock a given provider contract, previously locked because of a bulk rerating operation. It must not be possible to manually unlock a provider contract, except when a rerating operation has ended without unlocking this provider contract.
The targeted provider contract is then left into an inconsistent state, with bad counters values (old values) and no more transactions between the rerating from date and now.
