From the menu bar in the main window, select Window > View Operations. The Audited Operations window opens.
The elements of the Audited Operations window allows you to search for audited user operations that are based on:
The rules set in a previously created audit object (Search From Audit tab) as a custom filter
Filter criteria (Search From Filters tab)
Criteria (Search by Criteria tab)
After you set up either the Search From Audit tab, the Search From Filters tab, or the Search From Criteria tab, you can start the search by clicking
. If there are audited operations that conform to the criteria, they appear in the results area.
Use the following icons to:
: Clear the search results list from the results area.
: Delete all the audited user operations that match the search criteria from the back-end database system. This button deletes the audited operation that are currently displayed and all the other audited operations that match the search criteria.
: Scroll to the next audited user operations that match the criteria.
: Scroll to the previous audited user operations that match the criteria.
: Open the Object Change Log window to display the object change logs related to the selected audited operation.
Audit: Provides the list of existing audit objects (custom audit filters). Select an audit on which you want to base your search. Before searching for operations, click
to modify the original audit if necessary. Make your modifications, save them, and then close the audit window.
Period For Search: Choose the option to search for user operations by selecting either last audited period or given dates. If you select given dates, select these dates in the From and To fields by using the calendar
.
You set up this tab in the same way as you set up the Filters tab of an audit object.
In the From and To fields, click the calendar
to select the dates between which you want to find all the audited operations.
To find audited operations, the Search by Criteria tab allows you to create a table containing a single or a combination of possible search criteria. To add a row to the table, click the More button. To delete a row from the table, click the Less button.

Each row of the table comprises three fields. To set up a row, do the following:
In the first field, select a search criterion in the following list of identifiers:
Operand: Identifier (name, code, another reference) that characterizes the user operation and its action
Operation: Type of the audited operation for every object supporting the fine-grained auditing feature
Reference: Identifier of the audited operation
User: Name of the user who initiated the audited operation
Error Message: Error related to the execution of the audited operation
In the second field, select a search comparator such as Equals, Starts With, Ends With, Contains, Is Like, for example.
In the third field, select or type the string that you want to find in the database.
In the From and To fields, click the calendar
to select the dates between which you want to find audited operations.
