Finding subscriber range tables

To find subscriber range tables in the customer master data configured in SAP CC, you perform the operation in two halves of the window:

You can find subscriber range tables with or without using search criteria. If you do not use search criteria, click to start the search. If you use search criteria, set up the Basic and Advanced tabs, and then click to start the search. The subscriber range tables are displayed in the Results area. To display more columns of information in the Results area, click , and then select which types of information you want to display.

Basic tab

The Basic tab allows you to find subscriber range tables depending on the criteria described below.

Code: Is the identifier (also called name in the Subscriber Range Table window) of the subscriber mapping table. In the drop-down list, select a search comparator such as Equals, Is Like, Starts With, Ends With, or Contains. In the next field, type the string that you want to search for in the database. For example, if you want to find all subscriber mapping tables with a name containing the letters “eric”, you select the “Contains” option, and then type “eric”.

Subscriber: Is the end customer who holds the subscriber account that the searched subscriber range tables belong to. The drop-down list is described just above. Type the string that you want to search for in the background database.

Service Provider: Is the owner of the pricing catalog and of the subscriber accounts. In the drop-down list, select a search comparator such as Equals, Is Like, Starts With, Ends With, or Contains. If you are associated to a catalog, this field is automatically filled in with the name of the associated catalog and cannot be modified. Otherwise, you type the string that you want to search for in the database.

Advanced tab

To find subscriber range tables, the Advanced tab allows you to create a table with one or more search criteria such as Range Table Class or Additional Information. To add a row to the table, click the More button. To delete a row from the table, click the Less button.

Notes:

  • If the criteria table consists of several rows and if you want to delete a row, click Less, and the Remove dialog box opens to display the names of the rows. Select the row that you want to delete from the table, and then click OK.

  • If you choose the Is Like comparator when building criteria rows, you can type “*” in the right-hand field to represent a number of characters and “?” to represent a single character.

Each row of the table comprises three fields. To set up a row, do the following:

  1. In the first field, select a search criterion in the list of identifiers such as Range Table Class, for example to find subscriber range tables from a search criterion based on their related range table classes.

  2. In the second field, select a search comparator such as After, Before, After or Equals, Before or Equals, for example.

  3. In the third field, select or type the number, the date or the string that you want to find in the database.

Results area

Use the following icons:

: To start a new search whether you use search criteria or not.

: To delete the results list and reset the filter.

: To move to the next page. This button is available when the results list is large.

: To move to the previous page. This button is available when the results list is large.
