You can import a list of public holidays saved in an XML file. Once imported, the list of public holidays deletes and replaces (*) the one currently used in the components Public Holidays Splitter and Public Holidays Comparison. For more information on using these components, click Components on the Help menu of the main window.
You use this operation to set up or transport public holidays.

(*) Important: SAP SE strongly recommends that you consult your system administrator before importing a new list of public holidays. Be careful when importing a new list of public holidays. After you import a new list, the old public holidays are replaced by the new ones with the exception of those already used in the charges set up before importing the new list. Besides, the old public holidays already used appear dimmed (unavailable) in the new list because not only they are no longer recognized by the SAP CC Core Server system but they are no longer active in the corresponding charges. |
To import a list of public holidays
From the menu bar in the main window, select Tools > Public Holidays > Import. The Open dialog box opens.
Open the directory in which the public holidays file is saved, and then select the file.
Click Open. A confirmation dialog box opens.
Click Yes to import the list of public holidays.
