You can open:
An existing tier table saved in the back-end database system
A previous version of a tier table saved in the database
An existing tier table saved in an XML file
To open an existing tier table saved in the database
From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Tier Table. The Open Tier Table dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the tier table.
In the Tier Tables folder of the catalog of the owner, select the tier table. The tier table window opens in display mode.
Tier tables are managed chronologically. After you have saved a tier table, you can access previous versions of it that exist in the database. However, if you modify and save a previous version of a tier table, all later versions of it are deleted.
To open a previous version of a tier table saved in the database
From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Tier Table. The Open Tier Table dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the tier table.
In the Tier Tables folder of the catalog of the owner, select the tier table. The tier table window opens in display mode.
On the toolbar in the main window, click the Change Version icon
. The Change Version dialog box opens.
Select a version of the tier table from the list.
Click View.

Note: You can only delete a previous version of a tier table by modifying it, specifying an effective date earlier than the effective date of the original version, and then saving the tier table. |
