Create or modify a subscription before setting up a charge in a subscription. In the left pane of the subscription window, click a charge
to view, and then open the User Accesses tab.
In a subscription containing one or more charges, you can create one or more user accesses for each master charge. By creating more than one user access for the same customer, you allow the customer to use the service under various identities.
Example
John Smith uses three different identities to access a telephone service depending on his location. His unique identifiers consist of his phone numbers at home, at work and at his hotel. At invoice or reporting time, all the transactions made under each of his identities can be aggregated.

Important: You can assign user accesses to master charges only. At least one user access is required per Usage Rate component included in master charges. |
