Setting up an external account

Use this procedure to set up an external (postpaid) account.

To set up an external account

1. In the left pane of the subscriber account window, click the external account to set up.

2. In the right pane of the subscriber account window, identify the external account. In the Name field, type the identifier of the external account. You cannot modify this field. In the Description field, describe the function of the external account if necessary.

3. Set up the Definition tab and the Tax tab of the external account.
