Saving a subscriber account

Once you have created or modified a subscriber account, and then verified its structure, you are ready to save it. You can save the subscriber account to either the database or as an XML file on your hard disk.

To save a new subscriber account to the database

1. From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Save > In the Database.

2. The Subscriber Account Creation dialog box opens to inform you that the subscriber account has been successfully created.

3. Click OK.

To save an existing subscriber account to the database

1. From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Save > In the Database.

2. The Subscriber Account Modification dialog box opens to inform you that the subscriber account has been successfully modified.

3. Click OK. The new version of the subscriber account is saved as the only current version.

To save a subscriber account as an XML file

1. From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Save > In a File. A confirmation dialog box opens.

2. Click OK. The Save dialog box opens.

3. Select a directory to save the subscriber account.

4. In the File name field, type the name of the file.

5. Click Save. The subscriber account is saved as an XML file in your selected directory.
