For removing a component

Caution: Do not delete a prepaid account created by a CRM or another provisioning system interfaced with SAP CC. Refer to the caution about subscriber accounts.

Use this procedure to remove a component from a subscriber account tree.

To remove a component from a subscriber account tree

  1. In the subscriber account tree, click the component that you want to remove.

  2. From the menu bar in the main window, select Action > Remove Component (*). The component is removed.

(*): You can also right-click to open the shortcut menu, and then select Remove.

 

Notes:

  • Removing an account from a subscriber account is not possible if the account is used in the charging mapping of a subscription.

  • You can cut, copy, and paste a component of a subscriber account tree by right-clicking the component and selecting Cut, Copy, or Paste.
