Create or modify a refill plan before setting it up. In the right pane of the refill plan window, open the Definition tab.
The Definition tab allows you to set the status of the refill plan and gives a detailed description of the refill plan.
Fill in the Definition tab.
Status: Provides the list of statuses. Select one of the following statuses:
Open: Select this status if you are working on the refill plan. This status allows you to modify the refill plan and save it in the database. However, the refill plan cannot be used by the SAP ERP system or by an external provisioning system. Furthermore, you cannot modify and save several versions of the refill plan.
Released: Select this status when the refill plan is ready to be in production. The refill plan can be used by the SAP ERP system or by an external provisioning system. Furthermore, you can modify and save different versions of the released refill plan. According to this status, you are only allowed to do the following:
Change the status of counters or parameters of the refill logic depending on the counters and parameters declared at refill plan level
Change the refill record class and the refill record mapping (Refill Records tab)
Obsolete: Select this status when you want to archive the refill plan. You can always modify and save different versions of the obsolete refill plan. Furthermore, the refill plan can be used by the SAP ERP system or an external provisioning system. However, while the refill plan can be subscribed in an existing provider contract, it cannot be subscribed in a new provider contract.

Description: Describe the refill plan by typing a long text if necessary. This field is mandatory. The SAP ERP system or an external provisioning system can see the description. Note that you cannot change the description of the refill plan if its status is Released or Obsolete.
