Before creating a range table, you must create a range table class.
Use one of these procedures to create a range table.
To create a range table
From the menu bar in the main window, select File > New > Range Table. The Choose Owner window opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the range table.
Click OK. The New Range Table window opens.
Set up the range table.
Verify the range table by clicking the Verify icon
on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.
Save the range table.

Note: Once you have saved a range table, you can no longer modify its name or range table class. You can only modify the rows of the range table. |
You can create a range table by opening an existing range table and copying it.
To create a range table from an existing range table
From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Range Table. The Open Range Table dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the range table.
In the Range Tables folder of the catalog of the owner, select the range table to be copied.
Select the Open a Copy check box, and then click Open. The corresponding range table window opens.
Modify the range table if necessary.
Do not forget to change the name of the range table.
Verify the range table by clicking the Verify icon
on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.
Save the range table.
