Using a range table class with the spending status monitoring function

Important: This feature is available only if you use monitoring plans and provider contracts. It is not available for offers and subscriptions.

When designing monitoring plans, you must design and configure a particular range table and its class to set up the generation of spending statuses.

Example

See the examples of range table classes.

Task

To create a range table class for a monitoring plan

This procedure consists in creating a particular range table class for configuring dedicated range tables used in monitoring plans.

  1. Create a range table class

  2. Set up the following:

  3. Range upper bound to Inclusive or Exclusive depending on the business requirements

  4. Last range upper bound to Unbounded so that when the SAP CC system executes the related range table, this determines an output value.

  5. Add a unique output column with the string type

Next Task

You can configure a range table that relates to this class.
