Offer tier tables

Create or modify an offer before setting it up. In the left pane of the offer window, click the offer root to view, and then open the Tier Tables tab.

The Tier Tables tab allows you to create new tier tables from existing tier tables used in the charges customized in the offer. You can use these new tier tables (shared tier tables) in the suboffers and charges included in the offer. You can use shared tier table in the subscriptions subscribing to this offer.

Note: You can create many shared tier tables from the same tier table of the offer.

The Tier Tables tab consists of two tables:

Setting up the first table

Use the table and its icons to share tier tables.

: Click to add a tier table row to the table.

: Click to delete a tier table row from the table.

Table Code: Provides the list of tier tables used in the charges of the offer. Select the tier table that you want to share.

Shared Name: Type the name of the shared tier table.

Extension: Provides the list of Extension options. The Extension option allows you to extend or not the content of the shared tier table in a subscription. Select one of the following extension options:

Setting up the second table

Important: When setting up a tier table, you can:

  • Replace the default group by a new group.

  • Create discontinuous intervals.

  • Arrange the rows of a group in any order.

At offer level, remember that the interval ]-∞, +∞[ is not mandatory and the intervals that you define in the tier table of the offer are processed before the intervals of the original tier table.

Once you have shared a tier table, you can create additional content that you add to the original content.

The additional content modifies the shared tier table but does not modify the original tier table linked to a charge. Only the charges inside the offer in which tier tables are explicitly linked to the shared tier table will benefit from the additional content.

You can add one or more rows to the tier table, and then fill in the cells of each row with appropriate values. Instead of manually typing all of the information in the columns, you can import existing information from external .CSV type files by clicking .

Use the icons to fill in the tier table.
