Monitoring plan: definition

Create or modify a monitoring plan before setting it up. In the right pane of the Monitoring Plan window, open the Definition tab.

The Definition tab allows you to set up the release status of the monitoring plan and gives a comprehensive description of the monitoring plan. You maintain a monitoring plan and manage its life cycle.

Notes:

  • When you create a monitoring plan, its status is automatically set to Open. You must save the monitoring plan once before changing its status.

  • You can set the status to Released only if the current status of the monitoring plan is Open.

  • When the status of a monitoring plan is Obsolete, the status cannot be changed anymore; the status is final. The monitoring plan cannot be deleted and is kept for reference for provider contracts activating it in a contract item.
