Opening an existing charge plan

You can open:

An existing charge plan saved in the back-end database
A previous version of a charge plan saved in the database
An existing charge plan saved in an XML file

To open an existing charge plan saved in the database

From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Charge Plan. The Open Charge Plan dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the charge plan.
In the Charge Plans folder of the catalog of the owner, select the charge plan, and then click Open. The window of the corresponding charge plan opens in display mode.

Charge plans are managed chronologically. After you have saved a charge plan, you can access previous versions of it that exist in the database. However, if you modify and save a previous version of a charge plan, all later versions of it are deleted.

To open a previous version of a charge plan saved in the database

From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Charge Plan. The Open Charge Plan dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the charge plan.
In the Charge Plans folder of the catalog of the owner, select the charge plan, and then click Open. The window of the corresponding charge plan opens in display mode.
On the toolbar in the main window, click the Change Version icon . The Change Version dialog box opens.
Select a version of the charge plan from the list.
Click View.

Note: You can only delete a previous version of a charge plan by modifying it, specifying an effective date earlier than the effective date of the original version, and then saving the charge plan.
