The Technical Data tab allows you to define types of technical identifiers under which an end customer consumes a service. This identifier is used by the SAP CC system to rate and charge the usages of this customer service. Note that the same identifier can be used for rating and charging the usages of different services that are specified for each charge customized in this charge plan.
The identifiers of the end customer have to be specified by the provisioning system.

Fill in each row that you add to the table:
User Technical Identifier Name: Type the name of the technical data. This name has to be unique in the Technical Data tab. This name is visible from the SAP CRM system or another external provisioning system that is connected to the SAP CC system.
Description: Type the detailed description of the technical data. This description is visible from the CRM application or provisioning system and facilitates the configuration of provider contracts in contract items.
