You can modify the catalog structure only in the following ways:
Add new folders to the basic structure
Copy existing folders or objects and paste them into new folders
Rename new folders
Modify objects
You cannot delete the default object folders (such as the Chargeable Item Classes, Charges, or Offers folders) from the All Objects folder.
