Use one of these procedures to create the allowance plan.
To create an allowance plan
(*) From the menu bar in the main window, select File > New > Allowance Plan. The Choose Owner dialog box opens.
(*) In the Owner of Object drop-down menu, select the owner of the allowance plan.
Click OK. The New Allowance Plan window opens.
Set up the allowance plan.
Verify the structure of the allowance plan by clicking the Verify icon
on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.
Save the allowance plan.
(*) Optional steps. If you are the owner of a catalog, the New Allowance Plan window opens when you select File>New>Allowance Plan.
You can create an allowance plan by opening the existing allowance plan and copying it.
To create an allowance plan from the existing one
From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Allowance Plan. The Choose an Allowance Plan dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the allowance plan.
In the catalog of the owner, select the allowance plan to copy.
Select the Open a Copy check box, and then click the Open button. The related allowance plan window opens.
Rename the allowance plan in the Name field, and then set up the allowance plan.
Verify the structure of the allowance plan by clicking the Verify icon
on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.
Save the allowance plan.
