Allowance context

The allowance function of SAP Convergent Charging uses a set of data to complete its tasks at runtime. This data whose values vary over time is referred to as the allowance context.

Data used to calculate an allowance event comes directly from the Allowance Event Sender component (*) and is supplied by the properties of an Allowance Event Class or from the following sources:

• Counters

• Parameter values coming from:

• The allowance logic

• The allowance plan

• The allowance of a provider contract

• Translation table, tier table, mapping table rows, or range table rows used in the allowance logic
