Create, open, or modify a user access before setting it up. An access window must be open.
To set up a user access, you first identify it, and then if necessary, you define time periods during which the user access is assigned to one or more charges relating to subscriptions or provider contracts. You perform the operation in two halves of this window.

Note: The fields User Service Identifier and Service Identifier are unavailable (dimmed) when modifying a user access. |
Fill in or modify the fields below.
User Service Identifier: Type the identifier of the customer who will use the service. For example, a technical ID such as an MSISDN number or an IP address.
Service Identifier: Type the code of the service consumed by the user. For example, Telecommunications or Internet services.
Fill in or modify the table to define time periods.
: Click to add a new row to the table.
: Click to delete a row from the table.
A user access can be assigned to one or more charges relating to subscriptions or provider contracts during a time period delimited by a start date and an end date. The start date is mandatory except for the first time period. The end date is mandatory except for the last time period.

Start Date: Click
to select the beginning of the time period during which the user access is assigned to the charge.
End Date: Click
to select the end of the time period during which the user access is assigned to the charge.
Subscription: Click
to choose a subscription to which you want to assign the user access. After you select the subscription, click
to view it if necessary.
Provider Contract: Click
to choose a provider contract to which you want to assign the user access. After you select the provider contract, click
to view it if necessary.

Note: It is not possible to choose both a subscription and a provider contract for the same period. |
Charge: Once you have selected the subscription or the provider contract, click
to display the charges relating to it, and then click the master charge to which you want to assign the user access.
