SAP Convergent Charging manages master data related to the pricing logic for the business of a service provider.

This pricing logic is configured and stored in a pricing catalog dedicated to this service provider.

SAP Convergent Charging manages master data related to the end customers of a service provider.

The service provider remains the final owner of this master data.

Data model based on provider contracts

The pricing catalog includes mostly:

  • Charge plans, refill plans, and allowance plans

  • Business data tables:

  • Mapping tables and classes

  • Range tables and classes

  • Translation and tier tables (rarely)
