From the menu bar in the main window, select Tools > Bulk Operations > Delete CDR. The Delete CDR Bulk window opens.
The top part of the window is the Filter area, which allows you to find CDRs by using filter criteria. The information on the General and Advanced tabs is combined during the search operation.
The Filter area is the same as the one used for handling CDRs.
Use the following buttons to:
Delete: When clicking this button, a confirmation dialog box opens. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes. A dialog box opens to inform you that the CDRs have successfully been deleted. Click OK.
Cancel: Click this button to cancel all your changes and close the window.
