In the All Jobs window, you can start or stop a job, create, delete or modify a job. The All Jobs window consists of a table and buttons.
Each row in the table represents a job. The table contains the following columns:
Description: Displays the job description.
Type: Displays the job type (*).
Recurrence or Polling Period: Displays the scheduled frequency of the job.
Active: Allows you to start or stop the job. Select the check box to start the job, or clear the check box to stop the job.
State: Displays the state of the job, which is “Running”, “Not running”, or “Unknown” if the communication with BART Server failed.
(*) The default types are Rating Session and Database Cleaning; however, other types can be added to the list through the configuration file of the BART Tool interface but ask your administrator before modifying the list.
Use the following buttons to:
Create: Click to create a new job. The New Job – Choose Type dialog box opens allowing you to create and set up a rating session job or a database cleaning job. Select the job to do, and then click Continue.
Delete: Deletes a job from the table. To delete a job, select a job in the table, and then click the button Delete. A confirmation dialog box opens. Click Yes to delete the job. If the job is running, it is stopped before being deleted.
Modify: Modifies an existing job. To modify a job, select a job in the table, click the button Modify, and then set up the Rating Session Job or the Database Cleaning Job.
Refresh: Updates the table.
