Importing

You can import a list of public holidays saved in an XML file. Once imported, the list of public holidays deletes and replaces the one currently used in the components Public Holidays Splitter and Public Holidays Comparison. For more information on using these components, consult the related online Help (see help resources).

To import a list of public holidays

  1. From the menu bar in the main window, select Tools > Public Holidays > Import. The Open dialog box opens.

  2. Open the directory in which the public holidays file is saved, and then select the file.

  3. Click Open. A confirmation dialog box opens.

  4. Click Yes to import the list of public holidays.

 

Note: The list of public holidays is created by your Administrator. Creating a new list of public holidays requires the knowledge of XML. See your Administrator, or consult the Administration guide for more information (see help resources).
