Once you have created or modified a price plan, and then verified its structure, you are ready to save it. You can save a price plan as an XML file on your hard disk to modify it later.
To save a price plan as an XML file
On the File menu, click Save. The Save dialog box is displayed.
In the Look in list, select the folder where you want to save the price plan.
In the File name field, type the price plan name.
Click Save.
