Chargeable item classes

Chargeable item classes represent how a chargeable item package will be used or consumed for rating purposes. A chargeable item package contains one or more chargeable item classes.

Actions or usage events that are described by a chargeable item class can be cost-generating or free of charge. You can describe the pricing method by configuring the properties that make up a chargeable item class.

Properties of a chargeable item class

A chargeable item class contains several properties that describe each usage event for rating purposes.

All the chargeable item classes contain default properties. You can however define a chargeable item class by creating your own user properties.
