The main window appears once you have started SAP Convergent Charging:
The Title bar displays the name of the software on the left and the Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons on the right.
The Menu bar displays the different menus for manipulating objects in the graphical user interface. The submenu choices that are available depend on the type of object that is active in the window and the context of the work session. Unavailable choices are dimmed.
Example: Submenu choices in the Action menu differ depending on whether a charge plan or a charge is the active object.

The Toolbar buttons are shortcuts for certain menu commands. The toolbar is dynamic, meaning that the buttons which appear on it depend on the object window that is open. For buttons that are not shown below, rest the cursor over a button to read its description.

The Window display area displays the different windows and dialog boxes that open during your work session.
