By default, when you modify or create a data object in the pricing catalog of a service provider, such as an offer, a charge plan, a reusable charge, a translation table, or a pricing macro, a few minutes are needed to update the convergent charging services in the connected SAP CC system.
If you need to update your SAP system quickly when working in a development or test system landscape, use this command Refresh Rating Instances.

To refresh the rater instances (*) of the SAP CC system
From the menu bar in the main window, select Tools > Refresh the Rating Instances. The Question dialog box is displayed to ask if you want to refresh all the rating instances (*) in the connected SAP CC system.
Click Yes. A confirmation message is displayed to inform you that the rater instances (and the bulkloader instances) have been refreshed in the SAP CC system.
Click OK.

Note (*): When SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) is connected to SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI) in SAP ERP, the refresh operation forces also the update of the bulkloader instances of the connected SAP CC system. |
