Create or modify a subscriber account, and then set up the subscriber account before setting up this tab. In the tree display area of the subscriber account window, click
to view this tab.
On the Definition tab, you define the amount of the prepaid account and its minimal amount. You define the currency and the account that will be debited when the prepaid account is empty. If necessary, you set up the schedule, which can be combined with alerts.
|
Note: The Balance and the Currency fields can be modified only when the subscriber account is being created. Once you have saved the subscriber account, these fields appears dimmed (unavailable). The balance is modified when it is charged for service consumption or when you refill it. |
Fill in or modify the Definition tab.
Client: Type the name of the holder of the prepaid account, if necessary. This can be the subscriber of the subscriber account (for example, the end customer of the service provider) or another person. This person can be subject to pay the tax according to the tax settings.
Balance: Type the initial amount of the prepaid account.
Threshold: Type the minimal amount of the prepaid account. Service consumption can be rejected by SAP Convergent Charging if the threshold is reached.

Overrun: Provides the list of the other prepaid or external accounts of the subscriber account. Select an other account to which the prepaid account will be linked. The selected account will be debited when the balance of the prepaid account is not sufficient. For example, if the balance amounts to $50 with a threshold of $10 and if the amount to be debited from the balance is $70, the balance will be debited with $40 while the selected account is debited with the remaining amount of $30.
|
Note: The overrun function is deactivated when the prepaid account is closed. If no account is selected, service consumption is rejected by SAP Convergent Charging when the threshold is reached. |
