Create or modify a subscriber account, and then set up the subscriber account before setting up this tab. In the tree display area of the subscriber account window, click
to view this tab.
You can define two types of alerts for a prepaid account:
Alerts depending on an amount
Alerts depending on time
Fill in or modify the Alerts tab.
: Click to add a row to the table.
: Click to delete a row from the table.
Amount Alerts: They are displayed in a table. Each row of the table represents an amount alert defined by a code and an amount. A notification is sent to a dedicated system when the prepaid account is less than or equal to the threshold value of an alert. The currency used in alerts is that of the prepaid account.
Code: Type a code for the alert. The code is used to mark the alert notification.
Threshold: Type the amount triggering the alert.
Expiration Alerts: An alert is triggered a number of days before or after one of the dates defined in the schedule. For example, the alert "alert1_prepaid" is triggered two days before the prepaid account is locked in order to warn the user that the account is due to expire soon; and therefore, the user must refill the account.
Code: Type a code for the alert. The code is used to identify the alert notification.
Triggering time: Type a number of days.
Triggering mode: Select if the alert is triggered before or after the reference state changes.
State: Select one of the following states: Active, Blocked, Locked, or Closed.
