The Technical Data tab allows you to view the technical identifier under which an end customer consumes a service. The interfaced CRM or provisioning system must specify the identifier of the end customers.
User Technical Identifier: Select the name of the user technical identifier (UTI) which is declared in the activated charge plan. This is a type of user service identifiers (USIDs).
User Service Identifier: Type the technical identifier of the user (end customer) inside the customer service.
Example
The User Technical Identifier (UTI) is set to "phoneNumber" and the User Service Identifier (USID) is set to "33432536445".
