You can open:
An existing charge saved in the database
A previous version of a charge saved in the database
An existing charge saved in an XML file
To open an existing charge saved in the database
From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Charge. The Open Charge dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the charge.
In the Charges folder of the catalog of the owner, select the charge, and then click Open. The corresponding charge window opens in display mode.
Charges are managed chronologically. After you save a charge, you can access previous versions of it that exist in the database.
To open a previous version of a charge saved in the database
From the menu bar in the main window, select File > Open > Charge. The Open Charge dialog box opens.
In the Owner drop-down menu, select the owner of the charge.
In the Charges folder of the catalog of the owner, select the charge, and then click Open. The corresponding charge window opens in display mode.
On the toolbar in the main window, click the Change Version icon
. The Change Version dialog box opens.
Select a version of the charge from the list.
Click View.
To open an existing charge saved in an XML file

Note: You can only delete a previous version of a charge by modifying it, selecting an effective date earlier than the effective date of the original version that you want to delete, and then saving the charge. |
