Modifying a charge plan

The modifications that you can make to a charge plan differ depending on whether it has been saved or not.

 

Important: Read the note about making retroactive changes to a charge or a charge plan.

 

Notes:

  • When you make changes to charge plans, the system updates the related provider contracts depending on the changes applying to counters or parameters which are assigned the state “Not Redefined” in the related provider contracts.

  • You can modify and save different versions of the charge plan if its status is set to Released.

To modify a charge plan

  1. Open the charge plan.

  2. Set the edit mode by clicking the Edit Mode icon on the main toolbar. The charge plan may be reloaded if it has been modified since you have opened it.

  3. Set up the charge plan.

  4. Verify the structure of the charge plan by clicking the Verify icon on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

  5. Check the preview of the charge plan.

  6. Save the charge plan.

To preserve the integrity of the database, you cannot remove elements from the structure of a saved charge plan, and many of the fields in the Definition tab of a charge are unavailable.
