The Technical Data tab allows you to define identifiers that the end customer needs to access the related services of the service provider.

Note: The possible values of the service identifiers depend on how SAP Convergent Charging is integrated with the online or offline mediation system. The values must be consistent with the information supplied in the chargeable items received by the SAP CC system for rating or charging purposes. |
Service Identifier: Type the technical identifier of the customer service (SMS, voice, data). This identifier must be unique in the Technical Data tab. This identifier (SID) must be present in the incoming chargeable items to charge in the SAP CC system. The same SID can relate to different customer services.
User Technical Identifier: Provides the list of the technical data of the charge plan. Select the technical data of the charge plan that you want to link to your technical data.
