: Click to add a counter row to the table.Create or modify a charge plan before setting it up. In the right pane of the Charge Plan window, open the Counters tab.
The Counters tab allows you to declare counters to:
Redefine the initial value of a counter defined in a reusable charge that is customized in this charge plan
Share a counter among customized charges
Enable to share a counter between several contract items belonging to the same provider contract
Enable to share a counter between several provider contracts belonging to the same subscriber account
Use the table and its icons to create counters.

: Click to delete a counter row from the table.
Name: Type the name of the counter if the Visibility Level option is set to Internal or select the name of the counter in the counter dictionary if the Visibility Level option is set to External.
Visibility Level: Provides the list of Visibility Level options. The Visibility Level option allows you to share the counter value at provider contract level. Select one of the following visibility options:
External: The counter is available for sharing its value with other counters at provider contract level. Note that the sharing is managed by an interfaced CRM or provisioning system when creating provider contracts in SAP CC (by using the SAP CC Web Services technical interface).
Internal: The counter is not available for sharing its value with other counters at provider contract level. If you create a counter, you must link it to a counter at charge level.
Description: Describe the function of the counter if necessary.
Initial Value: Type a numerical value to initialize the counter. The value overwrites the initial values previously defined at charge level. This column is disabled if the Visibility Level option is set to External. In this case, the counter is initialized with the value 0.
