Using online Help

SAP Convergent Charging Help provides you with information on the key concepts and working methods so you can start using the program quickly and effectively.

The Help system is divided into a left navigational pane and a right display pane. To adjust the size of the window or the panes, click an edge and drag.

Using the tabs on the left pane of the browser, you can find the information you need in any of three ways:

•  Scan the Table of Contents to view topics by subject folder. Double-click a folder to open it. Click the topic title in a folder to view its contents in the right display pane.  

•  Type a word in the Index field to look for a specific topic or subject. Click the word to display it in the right display pane.

•  Type a character string in the Search field to find the key words in any part of the Help system. Search results are arranged according to the number of times a word appears in a topic. Click a search result to view its contents in the right hand pane.

• Scan the glossary to view entries. Click an entry to display its definition.

Help topics that are arranged in browse sequences display directional buttons in the upper left of the left pane. Click to move forward, or click to move backward in the sequence displayed in the table of contents.
