Instead of manually typing all of the business data, you can import existing data from external CSV type files by clicking

Check the CSV file has no header
Check the input data file does not contain comment
Check the format of the input data and check that is compliant with the target table
Procedure
To import data into a target table:

The Open dialog box is displayed to search for a file. When the file has been found, select the file, and then click the Open button.
The CSV File Format Options dialog box is displayed. In the Fields Separator area, click the separator that is used in your CSV file to separate the numerical or string values, or type a specific separator.
In the Number Format Parameters area, select the Decimal Separator type (Point, Comma) and the Thousands Separator type (None, Quote, Comma, Space, Point) to format numbers. If there is no Thousands Separator, select None.
In the Indices of columns in file area, you can type the order in which the numerical or string values of the CSV file are imported into the table columns.
