on the toolbar.When you open an object, you can access its versions by clicking the Change Version icon on the toolbar.
Modifying and saving an object modifies the Change Version list by adding a new version, deleting one or more existing versions, or overwriting some existing versions.

Note: If you save an object with a specified date in the past, the system deletes all its versions whose date is later than the specified date. |
