To search for a spending status description in the business data configured in SAP CC, you perform the operation in two halves of the Choose a Spending Status Description window:
The top part of the window is the Filter area, which allows you to find a spending status description by using filter criteria.
The bottom area of the window is the Results area, which displays the search results that you perform.
You can find spending status descriptions with or without using search criteria.
If you do not use search criteria, click
to start the search and view the results.
If you use search criteria, set up the Basic tab, and then click
to start the search. The spending status descriptions are displayed in the Results area. To display more columns of information in the Results area, click
, and then select which types of information you want to display. Click
to reset the filter and delete the result list.
The Basic tab allows you to search for spending status descriptions depending on the identification name in SAP CC.
Name: Is the identifier of the spending status description. In the drop-down list, select a search comparator such as Equals, Is Like, Starts With, Ends With, or Contains. In the next field, type the string that you want to search in the back-end database. For example, if you want to find all spending status descriptions containing the letters “eric”, you select the “Contains” option, and then type “eric”.
Use the following icons:
: To start a new search whether you use search criteria or not.
: To delete the results list and reset the filter.
: To move to the next page. This button is available when the results list is large.
: To move to the previous page. This button is available when the results list is large.
