Creating a subscriber account

Note: If you use provider contracts, the needed subscriber accounts are automatically created from outside SAP Convergent Charging.

Use this procedure to create a subscriber account.

To create a subscriber account

  1. From the menu bar in the main window, select File > New > Subscriber Account. The Choose Owner dialog box opens.

  2. In the Owner of Object drop-down menu, select the owner of the subscriber account.

  3. Click OK. The New Subscriber Account window opens.

  4. Set up the subscriber account.

  5. Verify the subscriber account structure by clicking the Verify icon on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

  6. Save the subscriber account.

Caution: Do not manually create a subscriber account if SAP Convergent Charging is already interfaced with a CRM or an external provisioning system responsible for the management of subscriber accounts.
