: Click to add a row to the table.Create or modify a refill plan before setting it up. In the right pane of the refill plan window, open the Technical Data tab.
The Technical Data tab allows you to:
Set up the identifiers of the service (refill from an ATM, refill from a call center) used by customers to refill their prepaid account.
Link a service identifier of the refill logic to a user technical identifier of the refill plan. For more information, refer to the Refill Plan Technical Data tab.

Note: In most of the cases, you do not need to set up technical data in the refill logic. |
Examples
Examples of technical data: Refill, refill from an ATM, or refill from a call center.
Use the table and its icons to create technical data.
: Click to add a row to the table.
: Click to delete a row from the table.
Fill in or modify each row that you add to the table.
Service Identifier: Type the identifier of the service. This identifier must be unique in the table.
User Technical Identifier: Type the description of the technical data. This description is visible from the SAP CRM system or an external provisioning system.
