Modifying a refill item class

When modifying a refill item class, you can only add a new property to the refill item class. The modified refill item class replaces the previous version in the database.

Note: You cannot:

  • Modify the name of the refill item class

  • Remove a property from the table

  • Change the type of a property

To modify a refill item class

  1. Open the refill record class.

  2. Set the edit mode by clicking the Edit Mode icon on the main toolbar. The refill item class may be reloaded if it has been modified since you have opened it.

  3. Set up the refill record class.

  4. Verify the structure of a refill record class by clicking the Verify icon on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

  5. Save the refill record class.
