A refill item class describes a refill event of usage type coming from an external system such as SAP ERP or a Voucher Management System. Refill item classes allow you to model the properties used to configure the refill logic of a refill plan. These properties can be used to set up the generation of resulting refill records at refill plan level.
The properties consist of default and user-defined properties.

Recommendation: If you want the SAP CC system to copy data information from the incoming refill items to the generated refill records (resulting from the refilling process), you must add the relevant user properties to your refill record class. You must then configure the generation of refill records by setting up your refill logic to enable the copy of data information from the input items to the output records. |
A refill item class contains several properties that describe each refill item for refilling purposes. A refill item class contains only one default property, but you can configure a refill item class by creating your own user properties.

In addition to the default property, you can create user-defined properties for a refill item class. You define these properties by assigning the following to them:

Description
The integrated end-to-end scenario (with SAP CRM and SAP ERP from SAP Business Suite) needs to configure the refill item classes specifically.

Note: Consult the SAP CC Configuration Guide about the last recommendations for configuring master data in SAP CC. |
