The list of the counters declared in the original charge plan is displayed on the Counters tab. Each row in the list represents a counter stored in the provider contract in customer master data. If the contract is a linked contract, the counters are only stored in the parent contract. You define the shared counter for the current version of the provider contract. Refer to the notes.
Name: Displays the name of the counter.
Description: Displays the description of the counter.
Status: Select the status of the shared counters:
In a provider contract, set the status to Shared Within Contract if you want this counter to be shared with several contract items of the provider contract. Otherwise, select Not Shared.
In a parent contract, select Shared With Other Contracts to share the counter with all the contract items and all the linked contracts.
In a linked contract, select Shared With Other Contracts to reuse the counter shared by the parent contract with all its linked contracts. If you remove this status in another version of the linked contract, the counter is reset to zero.
Namespace: Select the namespace of the shared counter. Select None if there is no namespace.
Value: Displays the current value of the counter. If the counter has no value because it has not been initialized yet, the value is set to Not Yet Initialized. This means that no usage event (customer service consumption) and no activation has occurred yet.
Original pricing configuration: Counters declared in the original charge plan (in the pricing catalog)
