The State Schedule Updater component allows to change the dates on which a prepaid account is blocked, locked, or closed. The State Schedule Updater component allows to change the dates on which a prepaid account is blocked, locked, or closed.
Remember that a prepaid account can be active, blocked, locked, or closed and these states are initially scheduled in the subscriber account including the prepaid account. For more information, refer to the online Help of SAP CC Core Tool (see Help Resources).
You can insert several State Schedule Updater components in a refill tree because each component is independent. Therefore, the dates scheduled in each component are effective when each component is performed.
An operator can uses the State Schedule Updater component in a price plan:
To block the prepaid accounts if the customers have not refilled their prepaid account
To close the prepaid accounts if the customers have terminated their contract
Name: Type the name of the component (mandatory).
Description: Allows you to type the description of the component (optional).
Blocking Date Change
Operation: Provides the list of operations. Select an operation.
None: Does not change the date on which the prepaid account is blocked
Clear: Clears the date on which the prepaid account is blocked
Set: Sets or changes the date on which the prepaid account is blocked
Add Duration: Adds a duration value to the date on which the prepaid account is blocked
Subtract Duration: Subtracts a duration value from the date on which the prepaid account is blocked
Date: Provides the list of date properties and date parameters. Select a date.
Duration: Provides the list of numerical properties and counters and parameters. Select a date.
Duration Unit: Provides the list of duration units (Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Days, Months, and Years). Select a duration unit.
Locking Date Change

None: Does not change the date on which the prepaid account is locked
Clear: Clears the date on which the prepaid account is locked
